Should monitor and check whether all VINs reported are scanned for any pending RRT's.
Understand the customer concern / Customer voice clearly and jointly discuss with JC to allocate to Technician / Diagnostic Technician (If required).
Establishes and maintains customer follow-up program to confirm satisfaction with the service experience.
Handles all customer complaints within 24 hours, informing other managers as appropriate.
Monitor that RO details are being verified by the technicians before commencing the repair work.
Make proper use of dealer connect and also explain the Technician / Diagnostic Technician the usage of the same.
Responsible for Following and Completion of WBTs of persons having SID's in the office.
Should raise e-ticket of any vehicle reported for technical concern in the next 2 hours with complete investigation report.
Communicate & coordinate with the warranty administrator for warranty related approvals received to help submit the warranty claims on time.
Make sure the technicians follow relevant bulletins and also explain the same to workshop team and ensure tool audit of workshop.
Make sure that proper tools are being used by the workshop team during repair.
Should focus on improving the technical capability & their problem-solving approach.

Make proper case study (one per week) and explain the Technician / Diagnostic Technician the approach of repair, DO's and DON'Ts (In-house Training).
