The Certification engineer is the key driver in capturing voice of customers by analyzing site specific loads to execute their business strategy/decision for new market with the extended use of existing /new blade
As Certification engineer you will:
Own the activities within areas of rotor blade certification (like Design evaluation, manufacturing evaluation, test evaluation, design basis, quality system)
Analyze & evaluate customer submitted site specific blade loads, for validation of compliance with certification & enable sales
Conduct site specific load assessment using cMLA tool, LM Blade tool, DamGood, Test loads (Test load damage calculation), FEM analysis for different failure criteria.
Formulate internal as well as external reports
Contribute to organization's initiatives such as continuous improvement, training and development, innovation.
Conduct internal compliance check with IECRE standards
Execution (Day to Day Activities):
Product Qualification (PQ):
Review customer load set (time series, Markov matrices, DEL, extreme loads)
Perform load verification in LMBladed software, cMLA, other analytical tools.
Internal risk assessment for site specific loads
Develop automated tool to enhance productivity and load assessment improvement of process.
Develop analytical tools for consolidated MLA process for different design methodologies.
Report loads assessment for internal review and external approval.
Work with certification body towards load approval.
Certification:
Leading certification across projects for both NPI and NTI
Making certification strategy and proactive alignment with all stakeholders w.r.t certification compliance and requirements.
Communicate technical details within certification with certification agencies as per certification scheme and standards (IECRE, IEC 61400 series, GL.......etc)
Compiling, Reviewing, and sending necessary documentation packages to certifying bodies in compliance with certification requirements
Draw technical reports including compilation of engineering reports from another departments
Internal compliance Check with design standards and regulations
