Job Description


Will be responsible for driving the top line and bottom line growth and expansion of business by driving business operations and seamless production; leading business development initiatives; providing effective product support and services to customers; and overseeing administration and resource management to ensure achievement of business targets.

Age limit: not more than 50 years

Job Profile:

- Collaborate with organization leadership to build long-term strategy and sustainable operating model to ensure continuity of textile business, oversee the formulation of annual revenue and profitability growth targets, annual operating plan (AOP), capital expenditure and business expense budgets in alignment with corporate growth charter and organizational priorities.

- Oversee and mentor business heads on business development and customer management activities; support initiatives like identifying critical geographies for business expansion, tactics for penetrating new markets and acquiring new customer including building long term strategic partnerships, product portfolio mix, guidance on product pricing and new product development.

- Responsible for owning the financial metrics of business performance including revenue, profits and EBITDA margins, collaborate with business finance partners to periodically monitor management of working capital and generation.

- Supervise the development of the plants, through infrastructure augmentation, state of the art facilities and proactive marketing efforts to drive greater alignment with business plans and realize complete utilization of installed capacity.

- Support and mentor business heads on initiatives to reduce operational costs, champion internal process excellence drives, deploy total quality management systems, streamlining manufacturing processes and producing quality goods to drive customer satisfaction through superior delivery at optimal costs.

- Oversee the process of identification and selection of new vendors in the market for procurement of materials required by both the divisions; promote effective working relations with suppliers by establishing and maintaining equitable and mutually profitable relationships across a broad variety of suppliers\' markets, countries and capabilities.

- Advice and assist business heads in identifying risks that can impact production and guide the development of mitigation plans based on risk and vulnerability analyses with an aim to minimize contingent costs on account of any infringements of statutory/contractual obligations.
