Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our textile business. The BDE will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our pure fabrics and sustainable fabrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for textiles and sustainability. Additionally, experience or knowledge of the fashion industry, including fashion institutes, will be beneficial. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and prospect potential clients in the textile industry, including garment exporters, fashion designers, boutiques, and fashion institutes. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering suitable fabric solutions. 3. Conduct research to identify new market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities. 4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business growth and meet sales targets. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns that effectively highlight our pure fabrics and sustainable fabrics. 6. Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products, network with potential clients, and stay updated with the latest fashion trends. 7. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, emphasizing the benefits and features of our fabrics. 8. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms. 9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication. 10. Prepare sales reports and forecasts, analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement. 11. Stay updated with industry regulations and certifications related to sustainable textiles. Travel Plan: This position requires regular travel to meet clients, attend industry events, and visit fashion institutes. The travel plan will vary based on business requirements and market demand. The estimated travel frequency is approximately 30-40% of working time. Requirements: 1. Proven track record of success in business development or sales, preferably in the textile industry. 2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. 3. Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities. 4. Knowledge or experience in the fashion industry, including fashion institutes, is a plus. 5. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales and achieving targets. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools. 8. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events. 9. A bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, fashion, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Note: The travel plan mentioned in the JD is an estimate and may vary based on business needs.
