Our client is global leader in manufacturing of high precision component for the automotive / aviation sectors with over 5000 employees across multiple business units and with a annual turnover of 3000 Crores INR. Our client focuses on delivering quality products for OEM and aftermarket customers across India, US, UK, China and other global markets. Looking to hire a CEO based in Chennai.

The role is responsible for providing strategic, financial and operational leadership and will closely coordinate and work with the Board of Directors and senior leadership team. The CEO is responsible for implementing the vision of the Board of Directors to make the organization leader in the Auto Component Manufacturing Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting and executing the organization\'s strategy, allocating capital, and building and overseeing the executive team.

• Overseeing all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.

• Evaluate the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial, operational, and sales and marketing structures to plan for continual improvements and a continual increase in operating efficiencies.

• Present regular reports on the status of the company\'s operations to the board of directors and to company staff.

• Oversees the organization\'s financial structure, ensuring adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the company.

• Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company\'s objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.

• Ensures the company\'s compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards.

• Negotiates with other companies regarding actions such as mergers, acquisitions, or joint ventures.

Educational Qualification / Experiences required:

• Overall 20+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with 10+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in manufacturing domain.

• B.E / B.Tech, MBA from premier B school preferred.

Required Skills: \xc2\xa7 Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area. \xc2\xa7 Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader. \xc2\xa7 Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations. \xc2\xa7 Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance etc. \xc2\xa7 In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
