The Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic leader to position AAF among India's top three social impact foundations. The role involves shaping long-term vision, ensuring governance excellence, strengthening organizational capability, and advancing AAF's influence through partnerships, data-led impact, and high-level stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive AAF's strategic agenda to achieve national recognition and measurable outcomes Ensure governance, compliance, and alignment with Vedanta's CSR priorities Build organizational capability and high-performing teams for effective program delivery Cultivate partnerships across government, private sector, and civil society to scale impact Represent AAF's mission and outcomes through executive communication and advocacy

Candidate Profile:

15+ years of leadership experience in CSR, ESG, or social impact with relevant academic credentials Established thought leader with proven strategic and operational CSR expertise Strong stakeholder management across government, industry, and community ecosystems * Excellent communication and influencing skills in English and Hindi
