Job Description

The Centre Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Maxivision Eye Hospital centre in Hyderabad. This includes managing staff, ensuring patient satisfaction, maintaining high service standards, and driving business performance in line with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Management:



Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the centre across all departments (OPD, IPD, OT, diagnostics, pharmacy, front office, etc.) Monitor daily patient flow, billing, appointments, and OT scheduling to ensure operational efficiency Implement and maintain SOPs, hospital protocols, and regulatory compliance standards

Patient Care & Experience:



Ensure high-quality patient service and minimize waiting times Address and resolve patient grievances and feedback Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and implement action plans for improvement

People Management:



Manage and supervise clinical and non-clinical staff, including scheduling, attendance, and performance Facilitate regular training and upskilling of staff in coordination with HR/training departments Foster a culture of teamwork, discipline, and patient-centric care

Business & Financial Management:



Monitor daily revenue, collections, and financial targets of the centre Track inventory, reduce pilferage, and manage cost controls Support marketing initiatives and local outreach programs to increase patient footfall

Compliance & Safety:



Ensure adherence to statutory and accreditation norms (NABH, etc.) Oversee biomedical waste management, fire safety, and infection control protocols Conduct internal audits and readiness checks

Qualifications & Skills:



Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Hospital/Healthcare Management preferred) 5-10 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in eye care or outpatient-based specialty Strong leadership, interpersonal, and team management skills Good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving ability Excellent communication in English, Telugu, and Hindi is desirable Proficient in hospital management software and MS Office tools
