Drive student enrolments through walk-ins, inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
Plan and implement outreach programs in schools, colleges, and local communities.
Convert leads to admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
Maintain monthly/quarterly admission and revenue targets.
2. Academic & Operational Management
Oversee smooth execution of training programs and course delivery.
Coordinate with trainers to maintain teaching quality, attendance, and discipline.
Ensure timely scheduling of classes, assessments, and certification.
Maintain compliance with academic partners or affiliating bodies (e.g., MKCL, NSDC).
3. Staff & Resource Management
Supervise and motivate counsellors, trainers, and support staff.
Conduct performance reviews and daily briefings for team alignment.
Ensure optimum utilization of centre resources and infrastructure.
4. Student Relationship & Placement
Maintain high student satisfaction through feedback, guidance, and mentorship.
Address student grievances promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with the placement team or local industry partners for internships and job opportunities.
5. Reporting & Compliance
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports on admissions, revenue, and academics.
Maintain proper documentation of student records, attendance, and financial transactions.
Ensure adherence to all organizational and statutory policies.
