Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Sales head of the region.
Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.
Relationship building with insurance companies and liasioning for activity management.
Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.
Activity Planning, Execution and overall management.
Secondary Role:
Operational Assistance to various mapped branches for logins and issuance.
Involvement in doing Business Opportunity Presentation for bringing new advisors in the business.
Required Candidate profile: 1. In Depth Knowledge of Insurance product. 2. Good convincing Power & Good Communications skills both verbal and written. 3. Team handling experience candidate preferred. 4. Must have Sales Attitude.
