Coordinate with the bank to resolve ATM-related issues such as carpentry work, electrical breakdowns, and asset failures including AC units, UPS, and CCTV cameras, with the support of vendors.
Obtain cost approvals from the bank and keep the bank updated through email communications, daily MIS reports, weekly analysis reports, and monthly reports.
Manage complete ATM data and coordinate ATM projects from initiation through project management and execution.
