Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Analytics & Insights

Analyze key metrics to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities. Create actionable insights and reports for leadership. Build and manage real-time operational dashboards.

2. Execution & Process Improvement

Lead and implement strategic operational initiatives across departments. Establish controls to sustain improvements and prevent issues. Standardize processes across clinics for efficiency and consistency.

3. Performance Monitoring & Rapid Response

Track KPIs and escalate deviations promptly. Drive corrective actions to maintain optimal performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure accountability.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with clinic teams, zonal leaders, and central departments (marketing, tech, and finance). Support strategic decisions through operational insights. Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

5. Technology & Automation

Identify opportunities for automation and process digitization. Support the design and implementation of operational systems and tools. Ensure seamless integration of technology into daily operations.

Hands-on, data-driven professional with strong execution ability. Clear thinker with problem-solving skills and a "get-things-done" attitude. Proven experience in analyzing operational metrics and improving business results. Strong understanding of operations analysis, process improvement, and project management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
