Title: Process Mining \xe2\x80\x93 Celonis Process Mining Analyst

Location: Bangalore

Your Role

As a Celonis Process Mining Analyst working for the Process Mining Center of Excellence at Baxter, your primary responsibility will be building queries, developing data models, managing/creating KPIs and building impactful data visualizations. This position will also provide you an opportunity to interact with global business teams across different functions as well as collaborate with multiple IT systems teams on technical specifications.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing

• Actively participate in Exploratory and Confirmatory phases of usecase development.
• Work with Value Consultant in developing KPIs to map value realizations.
• Perform data extraction and modeling activities to translate functional requirements to corresponding technical blueprint needed for Celonis deployment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement in conformance to the ideal state of the process flows.
• Develop interactive visualizations across multiple analyses with interactive, dynamic drilldown charts and OLAP tables with dynamic dimensions using user variables in Celonis
• Actively participate in testing and ensuring data integrity with new KPIs.
• Assures focus on operational use cases which users need for daily value generation.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll bring

• 2-4 years of Hands-on and In-Depth knowledge in Celonis technology.
• Expertise in designing, building, and developing, and interpreting analyses in Celonis Studio with visualizations and custom KPIs.
• Ability to work cross functionally, with both Technical and Business stakeholders, to align on requirements for solutioning.
• Ability to create SQL scripts (customized) that transform, create, and capture necessary fields from the source systems to accurately map out processes
• Strong knowledge of the Process Query Language (PQL) to build front-end components to meet the requirements set by the business and create KPIs
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Experience on working with Agile methodology
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, passion for continuous improvements
• Demonstrated high curiosity and ownership to learn and deep dive in problems.
