  • Responsible for managing a team/ teams of professional Customer Experience Officers in a challenging and customer driven environment
  • Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks, and world class service experience for customers
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in cross selling of financial products and at least one year in managing a team.
  • Experience of handling various service/sales related campaigns.
  • Good communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Thorough overall understanding of banking
  • Anticipates, understands and addresses the changing needs of customers.
