Key Responsibilities
*Prepare and cook high-quality Continental dishes according to recipes and standards
*Manage and supervise a station independently (grill, saute, pantry, etc.)
*Ensure correct portioning, plating, and food presentation
*Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards at all times
*Monitor food cost, minimize wastage, and ensure freshness of ingredients
*Coordinate with Sous Chef for menu planning and new dish development
*Ensure timely delivery of orders during service hours
Required Skills & Qualifications
*2-4 years experience in Continental cuisine as CDP
*Strong knowledge of continental cooking methods, sauces, and plating styles
*Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
