Ensure consistent quality and presentation of South Indian dishes.
Collaboration:
Work with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service operations.
Cost Control:
Contribute to cost control efforts within the South Indian section.
Equipment Maintenance:
Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any malfunctions.
