Prepare, cook, and present dishes in your assigned section
Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety
Supervise and guide junior staff
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory and ordering
Collaborate with Sous Chef and Head Chef on menu planning
Ensure timely service and adherence to kitchen protocols
Maintain cleanliness and organization in workstations
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CDP or Demi Chef in a busy kitchen
Proficiency in Pan Asian Cuisine
Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred
Strong understanding of food safety standards
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Team player with leadership abilities
