We are urgently looking for a skilled and experienced
Chef de Partie (CDP)
to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in
Indian and Chinese cuisine
, with knowledge of
Continental dishes
considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in the assigned section (Indian & Chinese).
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control.
Supervise and train Commis and junior staff members.
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards at all times.
Ensure proper inventory control and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge in
Indian and Chinese cuisine
(Continental knowledge is a plus).
Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
