Kitchen Operations:
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, cleaning equipment and utensils, and ensuring proper food storage and rotation.
Food Safety & Sanitation:
Adhering to health and safety regulations, proper handling and storage of food, and monitoring temperature logs.
Inventory Management:
Monitoring stock, notifying of low supplies, and assisting with receiving new ingredients and supplies.
Teamwork:
Collaborating with other cooks and kitchen staff, assisting where needed, and contributing to a smooth operation in a fast-paced setting.
