We are looking for a skilled professional with 2-5 years of experience to join our team as a CDP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and knowledge of Goan cuisine.
Roles and Responsibility
Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other chefs to develop new menu ideas and recipes.
Ensure food is prepared and presented on time, meeting customer expectations.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Develop and implement effective food storage and waste management systems.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in cooking, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of Goan cuisine and its ingredients.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
