Job Description

Role: Chef de Partie (CDP) - Indian & Tandoor



Primary Objective



Manage the Indian & Tandoor section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation of authentic, flavorful, and high-quality dishes while leading junior kitchen staff and maintaining hygiene and production standards.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee the preparation, cooking, and presentation of all Indian and tandoor dishes. Ensure consistency in taste, portioning, and appearance according to Food Whisperer's SOPs. Supervise and train Commis-level staff in the section. Maintain control of inventory, ingredients, and production for the section. Ensure tandoor equipment (clay ovens, skewers) is used safely and efficiently. Maintain hygiene and sanitation standards in accordance with FSSAI & HACCP. Work closely with the production and dispatch teams to meet daily volume targets without compromising quality.

Required Skills



Expertise in Indian gravies, breads, kebabs, and tandoori items. Leadership skills to manage a small team. Good knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and equipment handling. Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen.

Pay: ?351,713.27 - ?1,640,849.02 per year
