We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Commis II (Bakery & Pastry) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a bakery and pastry setting.
Roles and Responsibility
Assist the Bakery & Pastry Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Prepare and cook a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts to the highest standard.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Develop new recipes and menus to enhance the hotel's culinary offerings.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a bakery and pastry kitchen, with a Minimum 6 months of experience working in multicuisine restaurant as Commis II or 1 year as Commis III.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, ingredients, and cooking methods.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, mixers, and refrigerators.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Working hours will be as per Duty Rotation
Should be flexible with changes in shift timings

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
