About MGS India
Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service (MGS) formerly known as MUFG Enterprise Solutions India Private
Limited (MES India) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG Bank Ltd having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India
has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various
functions such as IT, KYC/ AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. MGS India has plans to

Client Data Management (CDM) Operations:
Individual will be responsible for managing Client Data for KYC department for all types of Customers.
Conduct client data management for KYC in timely manner and proposing idea to make operation process efficient
/ effective.
Position Title: Data Analyst/Administrator
Location: Bangalore, India
Legal Entity: MGS India
Responsibilities:

• Manage Global KYC client Inventory by collecting/consolidating data from various sources including local

branch Inventories. * To utilize date globally, CDM is also responsible for the data securities, information management

issues such as support to get consensus about PIA (Privacy Impact Assessment form) etc. * Liaising with various departments and internal stakeholders to create collaborative work relationships

understand their data requirements, propose the solutions, advocate the team values, obtain their supports
when required, etc. * Create data visualizations and reports for other stakeholders to comprehend business facts and trends to

make better decisions. * Work with relevant stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system

modifications, and devise data governance strategies. * Payment operation for the outsourcing expense (check the details of the documents and remittance to the

vendors in line with the invoices. Calculation the share of each office and send the invoice and follow the
remittance from them). * Other KYC-related tasks.

Experience:

• 1-3 years of post-qualification relevant work experience within Banking and Financial Services industry.
• 1-3 years of experience in data management.
• Functional Knowledge in Banking Financial Institutions
• Experience Client Data Management, Reference Data Management
• Global project and change management experience in Banking or Risk or Compliance domain are

preferred.

Education:
Bachelor\'s degree or above (Specialization or course in Data Analytics Preferred)
Mandatory Skills:

• Candidates with good understanding of Client/Static Data Reference and system data automation.
• Candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software, with advanced skills in Excel, VBA

development for Excel and PowerPoint. * Good writing skill and fluent in English

• Attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing, developing, and improving workflow tools and processes in data

acquisition, processing, and publishing of data. * Demonstrated experience in establishing strong credibility to build relationships identify gaps and

improvements within our data management process. * Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate with people of all levels and

cross-borders. * Client focused and able to deliver on complex tasks.

• Candidate must be willing to adopt to new systems and various system workflows.
