Job Summary

The CCTV Control Room Executive is responsible for continuous monitoring of CCTV cameras, identifying suspicious activities, reporting incidents promptly, and maintaining accurate daily records to ensure the safety and security of the premises.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor CCTV cameras in real time to ensure the safety and security of the premises. Identify, record, and report any suspicious activities or security breaches immediately. Maintain a daily incident register/log with accurate details. Coordinate with security staff and management during incidents or emergencies. Ensure proper functioning of CCTV systems and report technical issues to the concerned team. Preserve CCTV footage as required for investigations or audits. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company security policies. Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum education: 10+2 / Graduate preferred. Prior experience in CCTV monitoring or security operations is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain registers/reports. Good observation and reporting skills. Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts. Calm, alert, and responsible attitude.
Experience

1-3 years of experience in CCTV monitoring / security control room preferred. Freshers with relevant skills may also apply.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
