This role is with Data Management Team which play a key role in Data Quality Rules Requirement analysis, Rule Development, Rule failure monitoring and failure management activities. You will be leading the conversations with multiple key stakeholders to identify the business requirements and develop Data quality rules using data quality tools. Additionally, will also be evaluating / developing proof of concepts for alternative Data quality solutions.

The successful candidate will specifically:

• Work with business data stewards to document and develop business data quality requirements.
• Conduct analysis or profiling of the Data to help define appropriate business rules.
• Implement and code the business data quality rules in a strategic tool.
• Monitor the business data quality rule executions and report on any failures to the business teams.
• Work with the business data stewards to address rule failures and look to remedy data quality failures
• Document all logic and data quality issues, work to resolve issues, and report progress on issue resolution to management
• Devise improvements to current procedures and develop methods for increasing efficiency, accuracy, and performance of data quality solutions.
• Drive Technical initiatives within the team, developing new proof of concepts on Data quality solutions.

The candidate must be a highly motivated individual and must be able to handle diverse work, be able to deal with and work through ambiguity, be flexible enough to shift workload (Rule development or monitoring/addressing data quality failures/issues) in accordance with changing priorities and be comfortable dealing with a priority-driven environment.

Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

• Total years of work experience not greater than 8 years.

• Between 4 - 6 years of Data Integration, Data Analysis and Data Management experience.

• Hands-on experience in Data mapping, Data analysis, Data profiling is a necessary.

• Hands-on experience in framing up Complex SQL Queries involving Data Analytical functions

• Development experience in any form of scripting (Shell, VB scripting, Python) would be desirable, with a mindset of designing new solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in Data Quality tools like Informatica Data Quality or Ab Initio or similar is Preferable.

• Understanding of concepts and components related to Data Management, such as Data Architecture, Data Ware housing, Data Models, Data Lineage, Data Dictionary, Technical Data quality.

• Bachelor\'s degree required, concentration in IT, Computer Science is preferred.
