Business Banking ("BB"), a division of Consumer and Community Banking, provides deposit, credit, and cash management services to companies with up to approximately $20 million in annual revenue.

Asset & Wealth Management serves institutional, ultra-high net worth, high net worth and individual clients through its Asset Management and Wealth Management ("WM") businesses.

The Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) Lead BI Data Analyst who will be responsible for Analyzing data using statistical techniques and providing report. Identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets. Experience in programming languages like Python, database tools like Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau. Additionally the role will also be focused on data simplification across WLS. As part of the CBBI(Commercial Banking BI) Decommission effort, he will be focused on understanding the Understanding, Analyzing, Building the data and Report needed for WLS.

Will work closely with the Operations WLS to understand their reporting needs and build/re-build Reports and Dashboards both real-time and end of day KPIs.

Provide expertise in design, development and implementation of Business Intelligence (BI) and analytics systems.

Work with technical resources to design and model the data warehouse systems.

Assist in developing BI reporting and analysis applications

Experience in Tableau Architecture Design, Server Administration and Reports Development. Ability to convert Business requirements into visualization specifications. Experience in Tableau training, presentations, and documentation development.

Advanced knowledge of reports performance optimization and customization.

Strong knowledge in Data Analysis and data modelling with OLTP, OLAP and Cubes

Advance experience in dashboard design and development.

Experience with REST API, patch application, monitoring and performance tuning on Windows Servers.

Technically savvy - should be a quick learner to be advanced with the latest industry technology trends.

Fundamental knowledge of Data warehouses and reporting technologies on data warehouses, concepts of OLAP reporting and knowledge of dimensional relational and non-relational data models.

Business reengineering, large data handling and problem-solving skills. Logical acumen with keen attention to detail.

Key Skills & Attributes

• Bachelor's degree with 8-10+ years of experience
• Strong financial experience
• Experience with data mining
• Experience using business intelligence tools (like Tableau, Qliksense, Qlikview, BO) and data processing frameworks (like Hadoop, Toad)
• SQL querying ability and presenting finding
• Database - Oracle DB, SQL Server
• Expertise in Alteryx
• Cloud integrations.
• A solid understanding of good software development processes and experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Proven analytical abilities- Ability to run queries and building Stories and visualization.
• Good interpretive and problem-solving skills to explain the process of data analysis and its outcome.
• Have knowledge of data related government regulatory requirements and emerging trends and issues
• Good presentation skills and communication skills
• Good communication, articulation and interpersonal skills to effectively interface with various functional groups
