Defining and managing the sourcing process for global & regional Indirect products and services
Developing best practices and standards in line with the Terex Strategic Sourcing process and ensuring adherence to those standards
Negotiating and managing contracts for Indirect products and services
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with key suppliers
Identifying and publishing a pipeline of sourcing, cost saving and value creation opportunities
Undertaking supplier research and analysis to be used in the sourcing process
Liaising with Terex stakeholders to manage timely supplier engagement in order to meet Terex requirements
Ensuring timely implementation of contracts to deliver lowest total cost and lowest risk results
Establishing key metrics to monitor supplier performance and taking appropriate actions
Working with Terex stakeholders and suppliers to support the development of business cases & ROI justifications
Participation in the Indirect strategy/roadmap and budgetary review process
Ensure sourcing activities align with organizational requirements and regional legislative requirements
Maintaining a centralized Indirect category contract and document repository
KPI Monitoring and Frequent Update to GM and Top Management.
