Job Description

Position Overview: Responsible for processing payments, handling cash, and providing accurate information to customers regarding their bills. The cashier works closely with the front-of-house staff to ensure a positive dining experience for guests. Preferring Male Candidate Age Criteria: 35 - 45 years :

• Handle cash transactions, count and verify cash amounts received, and provide change to customers as needed.
• Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate effectively with the restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and managers, to ensure efficient operation and a positive dining experience.
• Communicate any important information or customer feedback to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
• Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculation of bills and handling cash.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
