Reconcile cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to the manager.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and handling complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
Collaborate effectively with the restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and managers, to ensure efficient operation and a positive dining experience.
Communicate any important information or customer feedback to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred.
Strong mathematical skills for accurate calculation of bills and handling cash.
Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
