Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required.
Maintain cash drawers and reconcile balances at the end of shifts.
Handle petty cash and ensure all transactions are properly recorded.
Customer Service
Greet customers warmly and assist with billing inquiries or issues.
Handle customer complaints or refer them to the supervisor when necessary.
Ensure a smooth and friendly checkout experience.
Operational Support
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and POS area.
Assist with daily sales reports and deposit preparation.
Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams for order accuracy and efficiency.
Support promotional activities, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Compliance & Controls
Follow company cash handling policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and operational standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma or Degree in Commerce/Hospitality preferred).
1-2 years of experience as a cashier, preferably in F&B, retail, or hospitality.
Familiar with POS systems and basic accounting principles.
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
