  • To scan items to be purchased by customer at the counter
  • To collect payment from customers in cash/card as per their convenience
  • To process out bill/invoice with stamp to the customer and maintain the same
  • To input bill number, bill amount and payment related details into billing register/software and maintain that record
  • To issue stamped and signed credit notes to customers and asking them to carry it\xe2\x80\x99s physical copy at the time of redemption
  • To collect and maintain used credit note copies of customers
  • To sell out scrap/waste material to paper scrappers and collect payment
  • To carry out petty cash expenses such as parcel freight charges and marinating same in the system
  • To collect credit notes, petty cash vouchers signed by head cashier and submitting same to management every evening
  • To maintain cash and coins of different denominations at counter
  • To submit 500 and 2000 denomination notes to store manager for getting it deposited in bank
  • To tally and close cash balance every night
  • To settle POS machines for all transactions and update management in case of any discrepancies
  • To maintain printed settlement slips
  • To ensure all cash and credit transactions are been recorded at the end of day
  • To record customer orders for school uniform incase of size not being available at the store
  • To pack customer orders after the receipt of goods and informing customer about the same through phone calls
  • To answer customer calls and handle customer queries at the front desk
  • To have basic knowledge about school uniform details, sizes and stock availability
  • To make purchase entries of goods received at the store along with bill verification
  • To print barcodes and handover to the sales staff
  • To make stock inwards and outwards for branch transfer
  • To make stock related and requirement related excel sheets as an when necessary
Requirements / Eligibility criteria Only male candidates Education Completed graduation in any field Experience Fresher OR minimum 1 year of experience Skills
  • Good with counting, numbers and basic math
  • Good with computer operating skills with moderate proficiency in MS-Excel
  • Should be organized
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to manage cash and payments
  • Fluent in Hindi and Gujarati
  • Eagerness to learn
Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb919,000.00 per month Schedule:
