Skillset of Product Owner with Agile working experience.
Domain:

• Payments (Domestic, Cross-Border, Real-time/instant payments), High/Low value clearing systems, ISO

2002 messaging standards

• Cash Management (Liquidity management, virtual accounts, balance sweeping, in-house banking models,

Treasury integration)

• Operations (STP, Reconciliation and exceptions handling, payment investigations and returns, back office

systems and workflow engines)

• Bulk Payments (Host to Host solution to process bulk payments. Propriety formats supported by ERP

systems or payments rail specific like ISO for swift, Nacha for Ach, etc.)
Must Have Domain:

Detailed JD:
1. 10-15 years of experience as a BA/PO (requirements gathering, documentation, user story creation,
experience in using JIRA/Confluence etc.)
2. Mentoring a team and managing cross-functional initiatives
3. Led RFP preparation and solutioning, ensuring strategic alignment with business objectives
4. Developed compelling Points of View (POV's) that articulate innovative recommendations tailored to client
challenges
5. Presented strategic recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders
6. Worked with diverse teams to align proposals with market trends and business goals
7. Strong business analysis skills driving requirements gathering, documentation, and process flows in Agile
environments.
8. Domain expertise in Payments and Cash Management (as stated above)
9. Extensive experience in translating requirements into EPICs, user stories, and functional specifications, while
working in Agile environments and throughout the SDLC
