Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform repairs and maintenance on wooden structures including doors, windows, furniture, cabinets, and partitions. Construct and install furniture and fixtures as required. Repair and refinish hotel furnishings to maintain a high standard of appearance. Conduct routine inspections to identify potential structural or safety issues. Work collaboratively with other maintenance team members (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) to resolve multi-disciplinary issues. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments, especially housekeeping and front office. Maintain an inventory of carpentry tools, supplies, and materials. Ensure all carpentry work complies with local building codes and hotel safety standards. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
