We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Career Development Coach - Consultant . The ideal candidate should be proficient in GST, Accounting, Tally, Microsoft 365 and possess a passion for training and mentoring students from diverse educational backgrounds.

Locations: Chennai, Salem, Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive training in GST Accounting, Tally, data analytics, Microsoft 365, and employee skills to students with diverse educational backgrounds.
• Demonstrate proficiency in verbal, quantitative, and logical reasoning skills.
• Impart knowledge in technical English and soft skills to students.
• Counsel, motivate, and inspire students to unleash their potential.
• Conduct and document regular assessments to monitor student progress.
• Manage student batch sizes ranging from 60 to 80.
• Develop engaging content, including lesson plans and questions.
• Proofread questions for internal and final assessment tests.
• Assist in addressing student queries related to placement exams.

• Holding an M.com, MCA, MBA, B.Ed. or M.Ed. degree
• Possess excellent command of vocabulary and grammar.
• Demonstrate problem-solving and numeracy skills.
• Exhibit sound quantitative and cognitive abilities.
• Maintain an engaging, encouraging, and pleasant demeanor during classes.
• Familiarity with various training methodologies.
• Prior experience in aptitude/tech training is advantageous.
• Possess organizational skills for day-to-day management.
• Willingness to upgrade skills to meet business needs.

• Receive travel allowances for Train AC III-Tier and AC Bus.
