Job Description

Responsibilities:-

1. Assess students'/clients' interests, skills, aptitude, and career goals

2. Provide one-to-one career guidance and counseling sessions

3. Guide students in choosing the right career path, courses, and institutions

4. Explain career options, job prospects, salary trends, and industry requirements

5. Assist with admission guidance, eligibility criteria, and application processes

6. Conduct career assessments, aptitude tests, and psychometric evaluations

7. Help students develop academic and career plans

8. Provide resume building, interview preparation, and job search guidance

9. Organize career guidance workshops, seminars, and orientation sessions

10. Maintain student records, counseling notes, and follow-up data

11. Coordinate with educational institutions, training partners, and recruiters

12. Stay updated with current job market trends and career opportunities

13. Build trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents

14. Achieve counseling targets and contribute to student enrollments

Requirements:-

Graduation Mandatory Good communication & interpersonal skills Ability to understand student needs and guide them Sales/counseling experience (preferred) Basic computer & CRM knowledge Target-oriented and problem-solving skills
