Responsibilities:

1. Student/Candidate Guidance

Assess students' interests, skills, and aspirations through interviews, tests, and counseling sessions.

Help individuals understand career options based on their academic background, strengths, and goals.

2. Career Planning & Development

Create personalized career roadmaps and development plans.

Assist with setting short-term and long-term career goals.

3. Academic & Course Recommendations

Recommend suitable courses, certifications, or programs based on career interests.

Guide students through application processes for colleges, universities, or training institutions (local and abroad).

4. Workshops & Seminars

Conduct group sessions, webinars, and career awareness seminars.

Organize job fairs, campus drives, or guest lectures for industry exposure.

5. Resume & Interview Preparation

Assist in resume writing, LinkedIn profile optimization, and cover letter drafting.

Conduct mock interviews and provide feedback for improvement.

6. Tracking Progress & Follow-up

Monitor student progress and follow up on career development activities.

Maintain records of counseling sessions and outcomes.

7. Industry & Job Market Awareness

Stay updated on job market trends, industry demands, and educational developments.

Share insights with students to align their choices with current opportunities.

8. Collaboration

Work with academic institutions, training centers, and industry professionals to create career opportunities.
