Admission Counsellor- (Tele counselling)
- Counsellors should be very dear about the pitching and they have to focus on the content of delivery.
- Responsible for calling to generate leads & admission conversion.
- Responsible for calling and taking appointments from schools/
- E-Mailers: she has to send thanks email after every new visit as college/ institutions.
- Converting leads into successful admissions.
2. Handle Different student's enquiries.
3. Make calls, follow ups & ownership
4. Always Maintain Good Telephone Etiquettes
5. Punctuality..
6. Respond to Student's enquiries proactively.
7. Provide product and information to students.
B. Route calls to appropriate resources in case of escalation.
