The Valet Driver is responsible for safely parking, retrieving, and handling guest vehicles while ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires a strong sense of responsibility, excellent driving skills, and a courteous attitude at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests politely and assist them with vehicle parking and retrieval.
Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest and visitor vehicles in designated areas.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while interacting with guests.
Ensure vehicles are handled carefully and without damage.
Maintain valet parking area cleanliness and ensure smooth traffic flow.
Issue valet tickets and maintain proper log entries.
Assist guests with luggage as needed.
Follow all safety, traffic, and driving rules within hotel premises.
Immediately report any vehicle damage, incidents, or concerns to the supervisor.
Coordinate with Security and Front Office teams for smooth operations.
Perform vehicle checks (lights, windows, visible scratches) while receiving and returning cars.
Ensure availability of trolleys and maintain order in the porch area.
