Conduct detailed product presentations and test drives.
Explain features, specifications, finance options, insurance, and accessories.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, booking forms, and finance documents.
Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the management.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
Ensure all customer queries and complaints are handled promptly and satisfactorily.
Keep updated with MG product knowledge, competitor models, and market trends.
Coordinate with the service team for smooth delivery and post-sales support.
Maintain daily reports and update customer databases accurately.
