Take food orders accurately and communicate them clearly to the kitchen staff
Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and correctly, ensuring they meet the order and presentation standards.
Set up and clear tables, including resetting linens, silverware, and glasses.
Handle customer complaints and concerns with a professional and positive attitude.
Keep the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors, clean and tidy throughout their shift.
