Roles and Responsibilities :-

Guest Service:

Greet guests, explain the menu, recommend dishes, and address concerns to ensure satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Supervise and train waitstaff, assign tables, and maintain team morale.

Operational Coordination:

Communicate with the kitchen, manage table flow, and ensure food quality and presentation.

Billing:

Oversee accurate billing, handle payments, and resolve any issues.

Health & Safety:

Ensure cleanliness and adherence to safety protocols.

Problem-Solving:

Address complaints, operational issues, and resolve conflicts efficiently.

Performance Monitoring:

Track service standards, gather guest feedback, and report to management.

Pay: ?11,636.37 - ?25,943.92 per month
