Supervise waiters/stewards during service; allocate tables and tasks.
Take guest orders for food and beverages, especially VIP/large groups.
Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure upselling of menu items, wines, and promotions to maximize revenue
Check daily restaurant setup (cleanliness, mise-en-place, table arrangements).
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely delivery of orders.
Monitor service sequence and ensure SOP compliance.
Maintain billing accuracy and cash/credit handling as per hotel policy.
Assist in banquet setups, conferences, and special events when required
