Job Description

Strong leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of fine dining etiquette, wines, and beverages. Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak service. Pleasant personality with professional grooming. Welcome guests and ensure exceptional dining experience throughout their visit. Supervise waiters/stewards during service; allocate tables and tasks. Take guest orders for food and beverages, especially VIP/large groups. Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally. Ensure upselling of menu items, wines, and promotions to maximize revenue Check daily restaurant setup (cleanliness, mise-en-place, table arrangements). Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely delivery of orders. Monitor service sequence and ensure SOP compliance. Maintain billing accuracy and cash/credit handling as per hotel policy. Assist in banquet setups, conferences, and special events when required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
