Position: Restaurant Captain
We are looking for a dynamic and guest-focused Captain to join our team and lead the service floor with confidence and charm.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate service staff during shifts.
Ensure smooth guest service for both meals and a la carte dining.
Handle guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Train and motivate service staff to maintain high standards.
Manage table allocations, reservations, and service flow.
Support the Manager in daily operations and compliance.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in South Indian / Kerala cuisine restaurants).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage a team and deliver excellent guest service.
Knowledge of food & beverage service standards.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
