Present menus, explain daily specials, and take accurate food & beverage orders.
Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring correct presentation and quality.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for timely order delivery.
Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Ensure tables are set up properly and maintain cleanliness in the service area.
Suggestive selling of menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and preparation methods.
Process guest bills and handle cash/card transactions accurately.
Follow hygiene and safety standards as per company policy.
Assist in training new service staff as required.
Support in banquet/events service when needed.
