Team Leadership:

Briefing staff, guiding waiters, ensuring efficient service flow, and managing shift operations.

Guest Experience:

Greeting guests, seating them, ensuring satisfaction, handling complaints, and maintaining high service standards.

Operational Management:

Overseeing table settings, cleaning, food/drink delivery, coordinating with kitchen, and handling POS/cash.

Menu Expertise:

Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of multi-cuisine menus (Indian, Chinese, Continental) for effective guest recommendations.

Compliance:

Following restaurant SOPs, health, and safety guidelines.
