:Captain/ Trainee Captain Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her. Role & Responsibilities Monitoring & ensuring F & B service operations are running smoothly. Organizing duty roster of service staff. Cost control, inventory, Training Maintaining SOP for quality. Should be able to introduce innovative ideas for generating targeted sales Guest interaction, and menu planning. Addressing guest requirements and reaching to them. Desired Profile: Responsible for operating F&B outlets assigned to him/ her. To recommend food and beverage service standards & implement and follow the standard operating procedures.
