Job Responsibilities Job Purpose To manage one section ansd supervise efficient and quality F&B service through standard adherence and effective execution that enhancesguest satisfaction within the framework of the F&B brand standards and corporate guidelines.Manage relationship with guests, encourage repeat clientele by focusing on quality of food and services offered, coming up with promotional events and effective resolution of issues raised. Technical Knowledge Essential 1. Knowledge about Food and Beverage, including cuisines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their service 2. Rules of Service sequence and etiquette Skills Essential 1. F&B Service Skills 2. Mise en place 3. Professional guest interaction 4. Efficient, anticipatory and unobtrusive service skills 5. Eye for detail in laying covers, layout etc 6. Multiskilling 7. Unquestionable Integrity Job Requirements Education and Training Essential 1. Minimum 12th Std Pass with a Certificate course in Hospitality or Services or 2. Diploma / Graduate from any field, or 3 year Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management (desirable) Communication Essential 1. Good command over spoken English. 2. Precise and clear speech - Phonetics, diction and pronunciation 3. Active listener 4. Knowledge of a local or foreign language (desirable) 5. Correct articulation, pronunciation and grammar
