Job Responsibilities Job Purpose To manage one section ansd supervise efficient and quality F&B service through standard adherence and effective execution that enhances guest satisfaction within the framework of the F&B brand standards and corporate guidelines. Manage relationship with guests, encourage repeat clientele by focusing on quality of food and services offered, coming up with promotional events and effective resolution of issues raised. Technical Knowledge Essential 1. Knowledge about Food and Beverage, including cuisines, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their service 2.
