Reviewing market stock and proposing adjustment (considering existing constraint) to production plan to ensure inventory at the optimum level
Revision of short-term production plan to ensure capacity utilization as per agreed targets
Communication with markets to share capacity constrains related to production plan & highlight supply risks
Identify and highlight risk related to execution of production plan due to capacity constraints
Ensuring production adherence (Plan vs Actuals) via collaboration calls with factories
Maintaining capacity inputs per site (production centre)
Preparation of various reports related to Capacity utilization, plan adherence & forward-looking Capacity availability
Support category planner in preparation of long-term production plan for assigned production lines

Primary Skills

Excellent analytical skills (including very advanced excel and power BI)
Demonstrated decision making and problem solving skills
Comprehensive skills in query/reporting tools, spreadsheet applications and presentations
