Position Title: Service Boy/ Girl CODE: Department: Operations LEVEL: ROLE: Assist the kitchen and dietitian in delivering hot and fresh food from the kitchen to residents as per the daily menu and the diet sheet. Provide room service for all attenders and guests in the room as per their specific orders. Reports to: OPS- Supervisor. Duties and Responsibilities: HYGIENE- Complete adherence to the dress code with head covered and the gloves. All food handling as per the strict norms in place. Maintain the grooming standard as per policy SEGGREGATION- Veg and non veg food, the service plates and the crockery. Ensure all KOTs get attenders signatures. GUEST SERVICE- Take orders from the rooms and during the rounds. Deliver food as per the KOT- kitchen order ticket C soft- adherence of the inputs and counter file signatures on all guest KOT slip Qualifications and experience Fresher/ experience in hotel/hospital in the same job role.
