Key Responsibilities:
Should be able to cook for large no. Of people . (Breakfast,Lunch , Dinner, Snacks )
Overseeing the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and maintaining high standards of food quality
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and monitoring food storage and handling practices
Stocking up essentials likes veges, veg , nonveg , oil etc.
Qualifications:
Strong cooking skills, knowledge of various cuisines, and ability to create and execute dishes.
Ability to manage inventory, track expenses, and maintain a clean and organized workspace .
Understanding of health and sanitation laws
